I met Brooke and Alex last October when I traveled to Grand Rapids to capture their engagement portraits. Through the planning process, I knew they were going to be amazing even before I arrived. When Kelsey and Daniel asked if I wanted to travel to Washington to photograph their wedding, I nearly jumped with excitement. Not only was I excited to travel to the Pacific Northwest for the first time, but I was stoked to be photographing these two and all the wonderful things their wedding day would hold. Being a desert dweller, I immediately started imagining how lovely the location would be and how elegant the bridal party would look against all the greenery.
But, guys, this wedding exceeded all the expectations I had in every possible way.

Oh, goodness time has flown since I met this sweet girl a year ago when I photographed her and Zach’s couples session! I remember thinking how wonderfully kind she was and how much her and Zach made me laugh. I had so much fun photographing them that I wanted to make sure we kept in contact! Ever since then, she’s been an amazing friend and a continuous source of positivity and encouragement!

Lindsey & Tanner’s Tre Bella Wedding | Mesa, Arizona
When the curtain drew back, there was an energy that swept the room. Lindsey stood at the head of the aisle as tears filled in the eyes of her guests. Tanner beamed as he gazed at his best friend with anticipation. The two of them were getting ready to become one and everyone there was overwhelmed with happiness. The room fell silent (aside from the occasional nose sniffle!) as Lindsey made her way to Tanner. Four years had led up to this – a day filled with beautiful details, two wonderful families and a bride and groom who were eager to finally become one.
