There was so much to be excited over during Katelyn & Kyle’s engagement session at Lost Dutchman State Park! To start, we met at sunrise when the early morning light was barely entering the sky. It skimmed across the mountains and lightly brushed the tops of surrounding trees, creating the dreamiest golden glow. Katelyn wore a yellow dress that matched the surrounding light while the color of Kyle’s outfit coordinated perfectly with the mountains behind them. They consistently made each other smile and their interactions were filled with laughter and complete adoration for one another.
Combining it all together — Their portraits turned out absolutely magical.
For the last part of their session, we traveled to the exact spot where Kyle proposed to Katelyn! (We knew it was the exact spot because the “x” he had marked in the sand was still there!)
The connection Katelyn and Kyle share was absolutely wonderful to photograph and I’ll be counting down the days until we get to do it all over again on their wedding day in November. (:
Congratulations again, you two!
